Brantley: I definitely think that the idea for all of us to go down
and introduce ourselves would be a good idea. And I'm up for that
whenever you guys want.
Mindi: i'm down for going to say thank you, etc. when would everyone
want to go? would we have to set up a meeting or would it be a "just
dropped by" kind of thing?. if we can go whenever we can go on
wednesday when there's preceptor advising before we go to the imax.
or if not im free on mon and wed between 4:30 - 7:30.
Nic: i have the attendance book... i will try to find a time to drop
by and see them if we do not go as a group- so they can see our
attendance
Chrissy: I think we need to do more than just that. This situation
is a lot deeper than what some would like to think. Not that it's
anyone's fault... but it will be all our fault's if we stand by and
do nothing.
I think (and feel free to disagree and say so) our steps should be:
1. Elect (notice elect, not fence to the death) new officers (at
least two).
2. Fleche out a real constitution.
3. Meet with Chambers (aka. beat our heads into the wall).
4. Brainstorm and plan fundraisers.
5. Plan our table for Club Fair next semester. And therefore, HAVE a
table.
The first three should be done ASAP before the end of April. The
others can be handled in a "fire at will" fashion. But I feel we
really need to build from the ground up if we want to show Chambers
how serious we are about the club.
Like I said, feel free to disagree... we're all mature (*ahem*)
college students.
