SSCALBANY elections will be held on Thursday, April 2 at
the annual business meeting for the following positions:

* President - we need to elect a new President. I've been President
for the past 3 years and according to the by-laws of the constitution, I have to
step aside.
* VP of Skiing
* Treasurer
* Communications Director
* Five (5) Board Members

Itis very important that all members attend these meetings.
This is your chance to voice your concerns and vote on the
future of SSCALBANY. All dues paying members /lifetime
members  can vote for who and how the club operates for the
next year.

Club Members have to be nominated to the position and they have to accept the
nomination. Then the membership votes on people who were
nominated.

These will be the people who make choices on what the club will do and
how it is done for the next year. Club Members need to come to these meetingsto
put forth what they want from SSCALBANY and to show support for those who
give their time to make things happen in the club.

The meetings will be at 7 pm at the Knights of Columbus on
Route 2 in Latham, NY. East of the circle.
