I just returned from an wonderful week of intensive karate training at the Hong
Kong Ueshiro Karate Club, with Sensei Alan Lai (Go-Dan), Sensei Steven Wong
(Yan-Dan), Marco (Ni-kyu), Tytus (Ni-kyu), Dick (Go-kyu) and Rayfle (Go-kyu).
The great workouts, exquisite meals, breathtaking scenery, and very warm and
welcoming spirit of the club members all blended in to make this an
unforgettable experience for both me and my 9 year-old son Noah (San-kyu) who
joined in on the trainings.
