Hi Kurt, I wish I could help, I would have loved it. I'm Miami during the week
and home (on the Island) only on weekends.

I have a favor to ask that you might be able to help me with. There is this
website called treasure hunt. com that is run by the state that contains
information about unclaimed sums of money. I went and did some searches and
found my father's name. Now he is deceased and we have closed the estate. The
fund I found for my father consist of un exchanged stock in Boeing. I tried to
get help from Boeing directly but they were no help and I don't know where to
look for the answers to these questions.

If we claim these funds, do we have to reopen the estate, redue his personal
taxes and ours based on the year he pasted away and we inherited the estate
funds?

If it is unexchanged stock, if we simply transfer the shares into our name (and
don't cash them out) are they considered income?

Finally, my oldest brother is now deceased also without a will, what happens to
his part of these funds?

Any assistant on whom I should ask or where I could look myself would be greatly
appreciated.

Finally, I have a friend who has a special little girl who wants to begin taking
karate classes. I say special because she has a difficult time with her
attention span. She is and has been epileptic her whole life. Between the
seizures and the medication she has had a very difficult life. I would like to
get her into karate because of all the way it would help her (the concentration,
discipline, self confidence, just every thing). Her parents will always be
there at every class session so you will not have to be afraid of what to do if
something happens. I would really appreciate it if you would allow her to
attend one of you class sessions to allow both you and she decides if this is a
doable situation.

When are you classes during the weeks? I will be home the week of Memorial day
and plan to attend as many of the Cocoa Beach and Cocoa classes as I can so I'll
be able to help during that week. Let me know your thoughts about the idea of
Amanda taking classes and I'll get with her parents about what they will need to
do.
