Without patience, we simply do moves without understanding their meaning. We start to rush through moves without breathing properly and learning proper technique. In the end, a lack of patience results in poor technique, poor power, and the perseverance to train a life long marathon.
Let's all be patient in our training. Let's all earn our belt ranks before we move on to the next.
