This is a reminder to attend our Grand Openning next Sunday, October 14th at the Rockville Centre Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate Club at C.A.T.S. on 188 Maple Avenue in Rockville Centre, NY 11570 (516)763-1299.

 

OPEN HOUSE workout  will begin at 9am – and end at 10am.   

  

Please arrive at the C.A.T.S. location no later then 8:30am to meet and greet.  We will start the rigorous workout at 9am sharp.
