Ueshiro Cocoa Deshi,

The Central Florida Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate Group will be holding an end-of-year workout this Thursday, December 22^nd at 6.30pm  at the Cocoa Beach Recreation Center. The workout will be led by Hanshi Scaglione and will include students from both the Cocoa YMCA and Cocoa Beach Karate schools. Please note the starting time of 6.30pm. The workout will be followed by a Campai with food and beverages. All ranks are invited and encouraged to attend.

Please bring food or drink to be shared with the other deshi.

The Cocoa Beach Recreational Center is located at:
321 Ramp Road between South 5th Street and South 6th Street, off A1A.

Our workout schedule through the holiday is as follows:

Thursday (tomorrow) Dec 22^nd:  End of Year Workout and Celebration at Cocoa Beach Dojo

Saturday (Christmas Eve) Dec 24^th:  No Workout.  YMCA closes at Noon.

Tuesday Dec 27^th:   Regular Workout at 7:00 PM at YMCA

Thursday Dec 29^th:   Regular Workout at 7:00 PM at YMCA

Saturday (New Year’s Eve) Dec 31^st :  Regular Workout at 11:00 AM at YMCA
