Weshould make resolutions/set goals for our karate. The goal might be beingready to test for a new rank, improving our grasp of a kata or implementinga correction that we haven’t been able to yet. These goals help us most asextra inspiration to improve and increase our training. New rank, shouldnot be mistaken for an end in itself. Karate-do (the way of karate) doesnot end with a new rank. Karate-do has no such end. It is, in MasterNagamine's words, a "life-long marathon." We can continue on the way ofkarate all our lives, as long as we keep training. We can use goals toinspire us to keep moving forward on that journey.Happy and healthy 2007 to all.Domo arigato gozaimasu to all,Emiliano Mazlen_________________________________________________________________Type your favorite song.
