If we are going to get value from this I would suspect that we want to make the message meaningful. At a minimum we should list where and where the training happens, which discipline it is and at what level we expect to work. For example:
I swim Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon in the Provo Rec pool behind Provo High School. I need to work on bi-lateral breathing and flip turns, but am doing well on balance and breathing (and willing to help someone else learn those skills.)
I plan to ride Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday leaving from my home in Draper at about 5:45 for an hour (once weather & sunlight allow!). We usually do between 20 and 25 miles on the weekdays and double that on Saturday. Common rides for the weekend include going to Alta, doing the Alpine Loop, Suncrest, Rose Canyon or in many cases 2 hours of wandering around.
I plan to run a noon time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I expect to do between 4 and 6 miles each time, leaving from the Nu Skin building in downtown Provo. I go at about 9 minute miles, but then without a GPS I am pretty much guessing.
Let me know if those paces. places and times work for you and I'd be happy to co-ordinate with you.
