There was at least one porta potty out on the run (1/2 way maybe) and one year
my wife knocked on someone's door and asked to use their bathroom - they were
maybe a little surprised but very accomodating.

Yeah, there are porta potties in T2. They are on the far end where you exit from
the bike and enter the run.

3rd water station is at about mile five. No need to carry water. There is also a
fire truck at about mile 4 with water to cool off if you want to run under the
spray!

the water if there are any there (most seasoned triathletes just use the river
before exiting so don't drink any of that river water!)..........when you bike
back into transition you are back at the start area...the majority of the porta
potties are not immediately near the entrance to the bike racking area....and I
can't recall if there is a potty right there at the bike area or not. Maybe we
ought to request one if there isn't!

"seasoned Spuders" can answer and put my mind at ease! Are there bathrooms
(portapotties) at the park or in the transition area? Are there any along the
way? How many water stops are along the running route - plenty? or do I need to
carry my own water on the run?
