My advice is get a wetsuit with sleeves. They are more versatile and believe
it are not are faster. The only downside is there is a little additional
resistance to your stroke as you stretch the shoulders as you reach into the
stroke. I own both and definitely use the long sleeve suit more, and I
always compete in the long sleeve whenever wetsuits are allowed.

Can anyone out there offer a little input/opinion/guidance regarding choice
of wetsuit for the kinds of water temps we typically have around Burley? I
am leaning towards buying a sleeveless wetsuit, but wonder if I'll regret
that due to the sometimes chilly water temps. I'm new to triathlon so I
sure could use some help on this.
