Century Ride

The 2nd Annual Rupert Century Ride will be held on May 19th starting at 9 a.m.
on the North East corner of the Rupert Square with check-in from 8:00 a.m.-8:45
a.m. There are no riding fees but donations for 'Bikes For Kids' will be
accepted at the race. Participants will be required to sign a waiver.

The scenic course is a 33-mile loop beginning in Rupert and passing by the
Jackson Bridge. It follows along the Snake River and loops through Lake Walcott
before returning to the Rupert Square. Course is on nice country roads with a
few gentle rolling hills. Riders are welcome to do one, two or all three laps.
There will be two food and drink stations on the course.

The Rupert Century Ride is sponsored by the Minidoka County Sheriff's Dept.,
City of Rupert and D.L. Evans Bank. The ride coincides with Rupert's Heritage
Day and there will be activity, music and free refreshments in the Rupert Square
for all to enjoy.

For more information on the ride call Rocks Cycle shop at 208-678-3764 or Ken at
208-431-0276.
