This might be a repeat message, I'm just figuring out how to respond.
Anyway, I ran the spudman last year for the first time. We were able to
rack our bikes the day before (Fri) by 3pm I believe. I would get there
as early as you can to get a good spot. After coming out of the water,
it is easy to get disoriented and may be difficult to find your bike
with over a thousand of them. However, if you put it at the end of an
aisle it may be easier to locate. Good luck.
