Out-of-neighborhood participant fee now required for non-residents playing on Springmonte tennis teams. Captains should refer to the instructions provided below:

- At its May 2009 meeting, the Springmonte HOA Board voted to institute an out-of-neighborhood fee for Springmonte non-residents who play on Springmonte tennis teams. This fee is consistent with the policies of most nearby subdivisions.

- The fee will be $15 per season or $45 for the year (four seasons).

- HOA Board would get a roster for each team (submit to the board tennis liaison - currently Judy Carbonara)

- Team captain would collect the fee from nonresidents prior to first match.

- Team captains would send rosters and checks (made out to Springmonte HOA) to Board tennis liaison who will send checks to Access Management.
