One of the guys I play badminton with owns a pharmaceutical company. We will be developing food supplements with them.
Aside from food supplements there could be another opportunity for us. According to him if you are registered drug distributor then you can sell over the counter medicines like:
Paracetamol
Melfenamic Acid
Analgesic
Etc..
Do you think this is a good idea ?
Evaluation by peers
Yearly there is a list published in Fortune Magazine of companies people like most to work for and why.
In some of the companies merit increase partly depends on the evaluation of peers (members of the same team with same rank).
Do you think this could work if we did this with team members and some team leaders in our company ? For example 20% of your merit increase depends on the evaluation of your peers ?
