minutes in between meetings here in KL bec. of Sir
milan's request. Anyways, hope this can suffice for
the time being.

CLUB TOURNAMENT:

1. Dissemination of sponsorship letter c/o Det - Each
board memeber is encouraged to solicit at least 1
sponsor preferably in cash.

2. As the club does not have an idea yet on actual
sponsors yet for the event, a very conservative budget
has to be set so that the Club Tournament will be a
self-liquidating project. The other activities will
be re-visited during the next meeting depending on the
results of the solicitation letters.

3. Agreed working budget for the event as follows:
