Measuring muscle stiffness   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #3212 of 3438 |
I remember someone presenting an abstract at ACSM that suggested one could
measure
muscle stiffness using vibration applied perpendicular to the muscle. This would
allow
measuring muscle stiffness easily at rest and during contraction.

Unfortunately, I can't remember who the author was and I can't find anything on
the web.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
