Teaching and Research Assistantships in Kinesiology at UTEP
The Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at El Paso is
seeking applicants for one-year renewable graduate assistantships for
students interested in a MS in Kinesiology or a PhD degree in
Interdisciplinary Health Sciences. The Interdisciplinary PhD in Health
Sciences allows students to conduct research in Kinesiology, and
collaborate with other faculty and students in areas such as physical
and occupational therapy, nursing, and public health. The appointment
will begin August 15, 2008. TAs will teach undergraduate laboratories
related to various topics and assist faculty with research for no more
than 20 hours total per week.
Screening of applicants will begin May 1, 2008 and continue until the
