Velocity Sports Performance of Westchester County NY is seeking a motivated and qualified professional for the position of Sports Performance Director. We offer an educationally-based movement curriculum to athletes of all developmental levels. There are opportunities for career advancement as we grow and develop our territory. Remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. A bachelor¢s degree in sport/exercise science or related area is required; master¢s degree is preferred. CSCS certification is required.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

Managing and training Performance Coaches

Conducting community outreach and customer relations programs

Business/daily operations

Coordinating athletes¢ performance evaluations, and athlete/parent conferences

Conducting training sessions

Human resources
