Funny you should ask about kids' triathlons.  My pal, Jeff Kramer, just released
his flyer for this year's Astronaut Family Challenge triathlon. The kid and
family-friendly race consists of a 100-yard pool swim; 4-mile bike and 2-mile
run.  It is amazing to watch tiny tots battle it out with their siblings and
parents!
This year Jeff has also added an additional race the evening before specifically
for those fighting cancer, their caregivers and cancer survivors. His
inspiration for the new race came from watching a team of stage four cancer
survivors finish last year's race.  He, and everyone else who witnessed it, were
humbled and inspired.
I am attaching this year's brochure. The race also has its own page at
www.spacecoastmultisport.com and, although not yet updated with this year's
info, it provides photos and info from last year's event - you can get a feel
for it.
