Running in the heat   Message List

Has anybody done any research on the effects that running in the heat
in FL has on your body? As I get older, I wonder if the stress that's
put on my body from of running 5 miles at lunch time in mid 90 degree
heat index out weights the benefits. I am considered to be in
excellent health and try to hydrate both before and after running.

Is there anybody out there that has researched this topic or any Docs
out there that might have an opinion?

Thanks,
Bob
