Joe -
The runners in the area are great and there are groups that meet
regularly throughout the week. The groups are comprised of people
with various abilities, goals, etc. I have found that that the group
I am plugged into has immensely helped me stick with my goals. You
may have already checked out the schedule on spacecoastrunners.org
that has the details on who meets when - I can't speak for all of
them, but there is a group that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at
6:00 in Cocoa Beach at Juice & Java (a block north of Minuteman
Causeway) and they are a great bunch and always welcome more runners.
Stick with your goals and good luck.
Jennifer
