About time too! It's almost been a year. Ran a 4:23 in Pocatello, ID this
weekend. That's 2 minutes off my time in Wisconsin last year. Woo, hoo!

Pocatello is a good race to improve time. There's 14 miles of gentle down hill
gradient followed by mostly flat (no serious elevations).

I placed 4th in AG. The RD did not pull the overall winners out of the AG
awards and he did not recognize Masters. The first lady in my AG was 3rd female
overall ... not recognized. The second lady in my AG would have been the female
master if the RD thought fit to recognize it. Suffice to say I was cheated out
of my 2nd place plastic trophy by poor race management. At least I got a PR and
that's more important to me than the plastic trophy.

Next race Mt. Rushmore, SD, Oct 8th.
