Henry,

I had a similar type of thing happen....ended up being
a torn meniscus. I had surgery on Jan 11th to have it
repaired. Dr. Greenspoon did the surgery.

My running is not the same...I'm up to a slow two
miles...but it was a pretty big tear for me. I've
heard it can take up to a year for it to feel normal
again. I definitely recommend getting a MRI to find
out what is going on.
