volunteer slots Southeast Youth Championships

Allen,

I have four rowers plus myself that can help you with launch driving on Saturday.  They including myself all have experience driving launches on buoyed courses at Langley.  These are my guys who are racing only once in the whole regatta on Sunday in a 4x.  We are glad to help on Sat.  We could drive in the slots from noon to 6pm.  That would give you 15 slots filled.    Since I am  only bringing  a total  of  30 rowers, that should also fill out my team's work load share.  Let me know.

Also, if you get in a dire situation I can bring a launch (16 foot v hull) and engine.   I would rather not, but you let me know.

SE Coaches,

We have 36 crews with 1100 athletes racing this weekend. It looks like we have a race on our hands. A few things...

Bring any late payments, waivers and other paperwork with you to the venue at check in.

Please find attached the final lane draws for the Southeast Youth Championship Regatta. I want to thank you all for making the trip. The schedule changed a bit from the one posted last week due to Several scratches. I actually expect a few more once this is posted. I will have updated lane draws at check in on Friday and Saturday.

We need 136 volunteer slots for the weekend to work with Launch driving, Stake boating and Finish line. I can divide the work load between all of the programs based on what’s in the packet or you can just provide sacrifices :) Either way let me know what you have traveling with you that would like to help.

Finish line
Saturday: 8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 (3 per slot, total 15 volunteer slots)
Sunday: 8-10, 10-12, 12-2 (3 per slot, total 9 volunteer slots)

Stake boats
Saturday: 7.30-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 (6 per slot, total 30 volunteer slots)
Sunday: 7.30-10, 10-12, 12-2 (6 per slot, total 18 volunteer slots)

Launches  Drivers
Saturday: 7.30-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 (10 drivers per slot, total 40 volunteer slots)
Sunday: 7.30-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 (10 drivers per slot, total 24 volunteer slots)

We need 10 launches to be brought to the venue. To help the event run on time. I would like to request this from the closer teams.

Please contact coach@... if you have volunteers or launches.

Ready to see you there
