All teams attending should return this form even if you don't have volunteers. It will save Allen time trying individually contact teams who have not responded.

To make this event run smooth the LOC needs your help to provide volunteers. I realize that many programs will be traveling with skeleton crews to this event. However, if you have parents, assistant coaches, or innocent bystanders that can help in the operation of this event, we could use them. Attached is a form with the needs listed please send this form back to me by Monday May 8. So I can fill any needed holes before I get on the road to head down to Tampa.
