Parking info can be downloaded from http://www.southeastjuniors.org/SeParking.doc

You should plan on bringing your own ice. Contact Marilyn Samaha directly at marilyn@... to see what vendor will be available.

Grills are allowed. You are allowed to feed your team on site and this includes grilling your own food. You may not sell food.

The regatta site is an open field (formerly a cow pasture) with no water or electricity. You need to plan to supply your own.

Passes are usually mailed directly to the teams prior to the regatta. Contact Allen Eubanks at coach@... for details.

Tent space is generally first come first served as long as it does not interfere with trailer parking space or block the emergency road (marked with orange construction cones). This means no tents are allowed from the start line to approximately the 1400 meter mark along the burm road. Also, tents along the designated water front areas are required to be placed with the long part of their tents perpendicular to the water to allow more teams the opportunity to be along the water. As space permits, you may set up all the tent space you need.

For any other questions, please contact the regatta director Allen Eubanks directly at coach@....

Subject: Questions about the SE Jr. Rowing Site

Dear Sir,

This is my first time to the Tampa Regatta. I perused your website, but I did not find answers to some questions I have.

Here are some of those questions:

Will bags of ice be available on site to purchase or will we need to bring our own each day?

Will we be permitted to cook on site for our crews?

Is electricity available or can we bring a quiet generator?

Will we be permitted to get a vehicle close enough to off load supplies? If so, will we need special permission or a pass? (We are arriving in a bus and another club will haul our shells to the site.)

Is it possible for you issue us a pass for one vehicle to gain access to the site?

I saw the locations where crews can set up their tents. Do you have any recommendations on locations or, is it first come first served.

How many tents can each crew set up? (We have 10' X20' tents, and usually set up two to three tents due to the size of our group.)

I ask these questions because I want to make sure we follow your rules and have our logistics worked out for a smooth transition for moving our crew, parents and supplies.

Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance in this matter.

John G. Vlasis
