For those interested in doing the Big Bear Lake Marathon/Half/5k this September
12th (www.runthebear.com) I'd like to pass on some discount offers to you which
were announced at last night's SCRR meeting:

1) The Snail's Pace canopy will be at the start/finish area so you can leave
your stuff there.

2) The earlybird deadline has been extended till July 31. Download and print
out the entry form at:

or pick one up at the Snail's Pace store. Sorry no discounts for online
entries.

3) On the entry form write A SNAIL'S PACE in the blank area just above the Last
Name space and take $5 off. You can mail it in yourself, no groups of five
mailings necessary for us.
