Aye, here's hoping....

What though is going on with the state of our pitch, it's a feckin'
disgrace at the start of the season. I have real fears of many fixture
cancellations as the park now seems incapable of taking even a light
shower of rain.

I was told that the drains were all inspected by camera last season and no
blockages were found. That leads me to think that the illegal dumping at
Sandpoint which has left the Leven like an hourglass could be to blame.

What's the situation for tomorrow ?

I was wondering what everyone is hoping/wanting from the season ahead?

In the league I think we can get in the top two, I never predict we
would win anything..

In the cups I think we can/should beat anyone in the 3rd division give
the 2nd division a good run for their money and if its a premier league
team a good day out.

I know after last season its a lot to ask for, I might just be mad or is
it the preseason optimism that will be dead and burring Christmas.

Cheers
Al

And indeed that's why the list has effectively died.

There is a third element of course - lurkers. Reasoned
comment and sometimes justified criticism was used as
a tool to target supporters and label them as
malcontents.

Happily, those days are gone.

For me at any rate, the Club has been transformed in
the space of six months. We've yet to see what the
team can offer, but the omens are good, however off
the pitch, the Club moves forward.

OBN guaranteed!
