Dear Sokol Naperville Tyrs Member,

Your membership renewal will be due by December 31, 2009 if you are not
currently signed up in this year's program.

If you were a class member and have reached the age of 18, not instructing or
participating in the adult class then your annual membership dues are $35.00.

If your child was a class member, did not return this year and will be returning
next year you may maintain your adult membership for $35.00 for the 2009-2010
annual dues.

We will carry your membership until December 2009. We have to file quarterly
reports to the American Sokol. The December quarterly will be filed by January
15, 2009. If we do not receive your check for $35.00 by that time we will
inform American Sokol that you have resigned. If you should pay your dues after
that date an additional reinstatement amount of $5.00 will be due.

The new gymnastic facility is due to be completed next year but classes are
going on as scheduled right now. Our annual exhibition is scheduled for March
19, 2010
