From my records J.Maughan was Canon John Maughan who was reading theology at Oxford University spending his working life as a priest in the diocese of Durham.
All I know of RG Lunn was that he studied at Oxford University and played in 3 varsity matches (1951/52, 1952/53 and 1953/54) captaining the side on his last varsity match appearance.

Does anybody know the Christian Names of Pegasus Footballers J Maughan
who was Left Back against Bishop Auckland in 1951 FA Amateur Cup Final
and RG Lunn who was inside left in 1953 Final against Harwich and
Parkeston.Both also represented Oxford University.
