I'm pleased to report that Fred Hawthorn and Ron Price's work on the
Amateur Cup has now led to the first build of the database. We hope to
publish the results in book form later in 2009.

Of the 24,000 games some 400 results have not been traced, and your
help in tracking down any of them will be appreciated. The list can be
found on the www.soccerdata.com web site - just follow the link on the
right hand column of the home page.
