Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could please help me regarding the Football
Association Tour of Nigeria and Ghana in 1958. I'm looking for Dates,
Venues, Opponents and Results.

'British and Irish Special and Intermediate Internationals' edited by
Keith Warsop (published 2002), includes the squad details, the result
of the Test match: 24/5/1958 v Nigeria at Oaikhan won 5-0 (with line-
ups and scorers) and a summary of the results: P 7 W 6 D 1 L 0 F 32 A 8.

'Empire News and Sunday Chronicle Football Annual 1958-59' edited by
David Jack, only includes a summary of the results with a note
indicating the drawn match was abandoned.

I have also checked 'News Chronicle and Daily Dispatch Football Annual
1958-59' by John Camkin and Frank Taylor, but unfortunately they do not
mention the tour.

I sent an email to the Football Association, but unfortunately they
could not find any records for this tour.

I would be grateful if someone could let me know the results or where I
could find them.
