According to "The Times" on Thursday 27 November 1958, the teams were as follows:

 

Arsenal - Kelsey; Wills, Evans; Docherty, Dodgin, Petts; Nutt, Barnwell, Henderson, Bloomfield, Havertey.

 

Juventus - Vavassori; Corradi, Garzena; Emoli, Castano, Fuin; Stacchini, Boniperti, Charles, Nicole, Stivonello.

 

Referee - A.E.Ellis (Halifax)

 

Kelsey was rushed from Wales' 2:2 draw with England (where he played in goal) at Villa Park, so he could play in the match that evening.  Also, Clapton, who had played for England earlier, came on after 37 minutes but there was no mention of who he replaced.  No mention of the captain either I'm afraid.
