How hard would it be to come up with the money to
reserve a spot? Let's say it's $36/hr. Figure 2
hours a week x 50 weeks a year = $3600/yr. Let's say
we sell some league t-shirts, have a bake sale or two,
and maybe get $20 a person one time "initiation fee".
I bet we could get pretty close. That's worst case,
too. If it's $25/hr then we are only talking about
$2500/yr. Maybe we can get Felini's to sponsor us and
put their logo on our team t-shirt. Don't laugh.
We've probably collectively spent many times that
amount there over the years. Besides, how sweet would
it be to kick someone else off of our field for a
change?
