.....has been less than over-whelming.

i suggest that we just meet at candler park, as per usual, at 6pm on
sunday and discuss it there. this way we can also try out the option
of playing next to the more competitive group. or we can just play
with them.

should we bring back the RSVPing?

some suggestions, given to me off-list:

--move back to our old haunts in grant park (it is doubtful that the
league there plays as late as 6pm)

--move to a couple promising fields at the phoenix ii, or phoenix iii
parks (between grant park and turner field)

--check out another rumored non-competitive sunday afternoon game on
virginia avenue

--move to the shaded park out on ponce just past the east lake road
turn-off (deepdene park?)

--screw it. just do push-ups, run laps, wear cleats and shin-guards
and cups, kick the ball real hard, keep score, and stop being such
wusses.

maybe after playing at candler this sunday we can send out scouts to
check out these other options.
