Hello Stephani, I sent the original announcement out on the 9th of
April: I'm confused about your statement "Had I know about this clinic
with longer than a weeks notice.." as the clinic is not scheduled until
May 7th and 8th......I have not canceled the clinic at this time (today
being Weds the 12th)...waiting to see if there is any more interest...
it is an expensive clinic to put on, around $2500.00...so if I get at
least 10 riders each day I can do it at $125 dollars per ride (that is
with no compensation to me for food or gas or anything); at this time I
have only 7 or 8 people interested with 1 more for 1 day only...so, by
the end of this week I will decide whether to go ahead or cancel and
possibly reschedule for some time in June...I will let all interested
parties know asap...thanx, Carolyn
