USAC Class C Officials Clinic on January 31st.
A USA Cycling Category C Officials seminar and exam will be held in
Knoxville on Saturday January 31st, 2009.

Vicki Mackzum will be holding an officials clinic for anyone interested in
becoming a Category C USAC official. A full day of instructional material
will end with an open book test.

Soft drinks, lunch, and snacks provided.
