ow it's true! Reini on the podium at last! I
must admit that he was lucky to jump so well but that
doesn't spoil my day. Of course I would've liked to see
the second round too and a good competition. I
watched this competition on TV but tomorrow.. I'll be
there! I wish that the wind isn't so strong tomorrow and
of course that Reini will jump as well as today!
Once again: I can't believe this!!

Johanna
wish I could go to a skijumping event! One of
my other pen pals went to Kuopio on Thursday and sh
ereally enjoyed it. You are so lucky to be able to go. I
guess it will mean that you have to miss the F1 from
Australia. I was disapointed with the results at Ramsau,
because Goldi did not qualify, but I was really happy
becase my other favourite, Simon Ammann came 26th in the
K90, which is really good for him!
i there Michael and Helen! I have really waited
for this weekend and now it's true! I'm going to go
to a ski-jumping event for the first time. Of course
I would like to see as many jumpers there as
possible and get some pictures to use on my pages and
articles. So what you thought about Ramsau? I wasn't happy
for the results but I guess the best won.
I read
that there's is going to be a summer ski-jumping event
on 3rd September in Kuopio and I would really like
to see summer ski-jumping. Well I wish to hear of
you too!

Johanna
elcome back again slownoris. I was wondering
where you'd got to. You're so lucky to go cross country
in Finland! I've never done either, but I'd really
love to do that. I wasn't suprised about Schmitt
winning. He's in good form (still!). It was really
dissapointing to me that goldi didn't get into the Austrian
team, but I think the others deserved it, and he's been
jumping really bad lately. I think the Japanese will win
the team jump, but the Germans look like they could
do well too.
t was a good competition. I was a little
dissapointed that Kasai came 10th but at least Japan got 5 in
the top 10. I only saw the second jump because I
thought Eurosport weren't showing
it.

Bye
Michael
ey,

I'm back from skiing in Finland. I
went to Helsinki to go cross country. It was
brilliant. I've been four times now. Great to see new
members or member. When is the next event
anyone?

It's also great that Polander won the slalom.
ello Johanna, and welcome to the club! Thankyou
for joining. As you can see, things are still a bit
slow at the moment, but at least there are three
members now! And don't forget to tell any skijumping fans
you know to come here!
looked up about the flying on the FIS site.
They had an official statement about it, but it was in
German. It took a bit of working out, but it sounds like
there was really strong wind there and something got
broken on the flying hill, which they couldn't fix.
Sundays jumping was the most boring I've seen in ages. I
reckon they should reschedule the flying. I thought
Eurosport should have given much more info, cos loads of
people didn't know anything about it.
ey, What happened with the Ski-Flying? Eurosport gave me no information what so
ever. I'm really pissed off at the moment. Oh well, Life goes on!

Michael
think Funaki and Kasai can both jump over 200m
this year. I don't think Ahonen or Schmitt will
though. I just have this feeling. Maybe Ingebrigsten
could! I also think Yoshioka could do well or maybe
Miyahira.
eah, its this weekend (6 + 7 feb) in Harrachov
in the Czech Republic. The hill is a K180. I think
the ski flying is the best part of the season. Do you
reckon any will go over 200m this year? I do coz I think
some of them are going to be in really good form.
unday's competition was really good. Great
jumping by Funaki! I'm always pleased to see him win. The
gap in the championship is closing up to Ahonen a bit
now. It's hard to say who I think will win. Ahonen and
Schmitt are both still going well, but the Japs are doing
well too. I reckon they'll win the team events in the
world championships and ski flying, but Austria and
Germany should be up there too. I'm not so happy with
Goldberger being 16th overall! I've invited my friends, so
they should be here quite soon.
Byeeeeeee
Helen
artin Schmitt wins in Japan! Austria didn't go! No Goldberger! Kasai came 6th.
4th overall now!

See ya
Michael

Tell your friends to join!
watch biathlon too, and also nordic combined,
but not really that often. I'll invite my pen pals.
They haven't got yahoo ID yet, but they soon can.
Theres 2 from finland, one from japan and one from
slovenia.
i slownoris!!!! Wow.....I thought there weren't
any other ski jumping fans in England....I was wrong!
Yeah, I saw the four hills. It was really good for
Kasai to win (I think that was Innsbruck). I was so
annoyed with myself at Garmish, cos it was the first
competition I'd missed in ages, and Goldi got on the podium
again at last. I only found out about that when one of
my penpals told me. I guess you watch all the
jumping on Eurosport? I've got a few penpals who love ski
jumping, do you want me to invite them here?
i, Sorry I haven't replied but my connection has been down for ages. I'm from
Essex. My favourite jumper is Kasai! Did you watch the four hills tournament?
i everyone. At last there is a ski jumping club.
I am a 15 year old girl fron Gillingham, Kent, UK.
I have followed ski jumping for about 3 or 4 years.
GOLDI IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bye, and I hope loads of
people join this club!
i, As you can see there are few members at the
moment! If you come here and would like to join just do
it and leave a message. To join go to the top right
