The First Friday get together with all the smaller gay sports groups
resumes this month at the wild pug. I plan on being there and hope
for a nice budz contingent

from the recent email: "Our First Friday series continues. In June we
will move to the Wild Pug bar in Uptown. If you are unfamiliar with
this venue, it is a relatively new GLBT bar owned by the same folks
who own neighboring Crew. Unlike Crew, it is not a sports bar and
offers couches and a fireplace, along with a dance floor.

The owners have generously agreed to provide appetizers from
6:00-7:30 as well as $2 -- yep, that's right - only $2! -- domestic
drafts and well drinks throughout the event.

So come out, make some new friends, chill with old friends, kick
back, and have a few!"
