SkiBudz Second Annual Trip to Camp Buckwood

July 25-27

Our Camp Buckwood trip was so popular last year we are going to head back to Southern Indiana for another great camping weekend!

Camp Buckwood is all male campground on 72 acres in beautiful Brown County Indiana. The campground features a heated pool (clothing optional :), hot tub, a lake with fishing, hiking trails, sand volleyball and drive-in style movies at night. For those of you who like art, nearby Nashville, Indiana is regarded as one of the best artist colonies in the Midwest with many galleries and antique stores. Nearby Brown County State Park has hiking trails for all levels with amazing vistas and scenery.

For those of you would don't want to "rough it" the campground has a lodge / cabins and a bunkhouse with great home cooked food.

812-597-2450 (to make your reservations (Please let them know you are with Ski Budz). If you want to stay in the lodge / cabins you can check out all of the options and availability on the web site. Please make reservations for the 25th and 26th (unless you are staying a shorter or longer period of time). Plan on taking Friday the 25th off work, it is tough to get to the campground (in Eastern Time Zone) and set up camping leaving after work from Chicago.

We will probably organize some group activities such as a trip to Nashville (IN) and a group dinner at the Buckwood lodge on Saturday night.
