Sad news, this is the 10th and final, here is a piece of the site:
The biggest skate event of the year is back for the tenth and final
time! Roll through the streets of Philadelphia escorted by the
Philadelphia Police Department and the National Skate Patrol. We're
planning a full weekend schedule of skates, parties, food, prizes, and
much more!

Pack your bags now.... as this will (sadly) be the last one (even I am
going to see if I can pull it off).
