RISC Members,

As you may recall from my letter back in December, things are about
to change for RISC from a scheduling and organizational perspective.

My time as webmaster and schedule maker has come to an end, and John
Lam has stepped forward to take the reigns and lead the club to the next level.

John and I had a lengthy conversation earlier this week (several
hours) and he was given full access to the complete technical side of
the club (Yahoo Groups and skaterisc.com) to be able to take over and
run with any changes or modifications he sees fit for the club and its future.

In the pash John as spent a lot of time, energy and effort to help
the club grow in many ways from local skates to as far away as
Philly.... so I would expect John to spread his wings and take RISC
to all sorts of new places. I want to officially thank John for all
of his efforts during my reign as RISC leader.

I also offered to assist John if he needs any thing to help keep the
club moving forward and "rolling on down the road".

Please feel free to send me any email if you have questions and/or
reply to the Yahoo list if you have any comments..... I hope to one
day skate with the club again if my work schedule changes.... but at
this point there is no end in site for my 2nd shift schedule.

Also, the lunch scheduled for this Sunday at Tully's has been
postponed, John will be rescheduling something in the not too distant future.

It has been fun for the last 10 years I have been involved with the
club (yes, I 1st skated with RISC back in 1995), and I hope there
will at least 10 more to come so I can bring Izaak with me one day in
the future. I will keep in touch with you all on the website and
message board... or feel free to bookmark my email gmm@....

Greg
