HI All,

I skated a portion of the canal path before work today, from S.Clinton to
Edgewood. Very Clear with little or no debris. I did 4 x 10min intervals slow
to moderate. Boy, am I out of shape.

If anyone is looking to get new or used equipment you might try
www.nettracing.com there are some good deals. Check out the boot reviews for
pointers. I've purcahased several items from him and have no complaints. He's
very thorough and will answer all your questions and he doesn't try to over sell
you.

Also, I have a pair of Bont ZX3's size 39 for sale. They are a bit too big for
me,( I purchased a pair of 38 wides this winter). They have some surface
damage, yes from my big fall, but are functionally fine. Size 39 in Bonts are
~7.5-8.0 mens.

I plan to skate next weekend, it's supposed to be nice! I'll post the times
come midweek. Feel free to do the same.
