Hello guys,

I'd like to know how I will know if a skate is called off. It was
drying but still damp yesterday and I really wasn't sure. When I
popped online I didn't see any notes here indicating that it was
called so I gathered up my stuff and headed out. As luck would have
it, I got rained on as I walked out the door so I decided not to go.
But I can't count on cloudbursts to save my butt every time. So
which of these is correct:

1. Call your skate friends and/or decide individually if it's worth
skating

2. if there is any water then the skate is called

3. if there is water and/or likelyhood of rain, the skate is called

4. use telepathy with skate leaders for updates,

just wondering.

Alice

Alice, This is an interesting dilemma. Here are the major points: 1. Wet streets are no skate days... but as you know, there may be rain in Henrietta and sun...
