We will hold our annual meeting in Burlington at Alfys Pizza on 11/17/05,
6:30 pm. The first order of business will to be vote in a new slate of Board
Officers. Interested parties please contact our steering committee, Bill Arnett
( wsarnett@... ), or Steve Duncan ( sduncan359@... ). I am attaching a
copy of our Constitution and Bylaws for a list of all offices open for election.

Directly following the board election we will hold a board meeting with our
new slate of officers. All members are welcome to attend the board meeting but
only Board Officers will be allowed to vote. I am hopeful the committees for the
following issues will have information so we are able to make a motion and vote
on the following pending issues.

1) Scholarships for High School/College continued education.
2) Shoe fund for underprivileged Cross Country and Track Students..
3) Amending the Constitution and Bylaws.

We will also decide who is going to be the race directors for the Tulip Run
and Skagit Flats Marathon in 2006.

If I have left anything out please contact me to assure we get it on the
agenda.
