Members a few friends and I are going for a trail run tomorrow around Heart Lake
& Whistle Lake @ 8:00. We will meet at Heart Lake Parking Lot off H ave/Heart
Lake Road. All members are welcome to join. We will pair up members according to
speed and distance. The Heart Lake route is about 4.5 miles, and the whole route
is about 10 miles. Plan on running for 1.5 to 2 hours if you run the longer
route.
