Well it looks like race season has almost begun! With Nookachamps just a few
days away, and the opportunity to run in the SNOW. WOW this is awsome!
The Tulip Run is just around the corner. Our Tulip RD, Jim Kopkowski, is doing a
great job preparing for this years run. Attached is the online application for
the Tulip Run.
If the Race Directors of our Managed Events, and Aided Events, haven't sent me
the date for their 2007 event, please send it to me soon. I want to make sure we
have this years race schedule up to date. In the next few weeks I am going to
start getting the additionally insured paper work going for all of our events.
How many members would like to start running trails in Anacortes? I would like
to start regular trail runs for members. What times would work out best for you?
What distance? What day?
We are also planning a meeting for 1/25/07, Thursday, at Alfies. We will discuss
the Sunset Loop relay, The Tulip Run, Nookachamps, Scholarships, and anything
else that comes up between then.
