Upon further review............

5 mile run at 8:00 am in Mt Vernon.............towel off, spend a few quality
minutes with fellow runners while taking off your road shoes to put on your
trail shoes, grab a 2nd scone and jump in your car and head up to Lake Padden
for another run.

There it is. I apologized to quickly. None needed. Everyone wins. And the
best part? After two runs, I can then eat a second helping of pecan pie with
whipped cream!!!

See you all at the Fowl Run.......................

Just a note to everyone,

When: Thanksgiving Morning 10 am - SHARP (we got things to do)

Where: Lake Padden - Softball Field

What: The Inaugural Hargle Hargle Gobble Gobble a 3-4 mile run to help you
burn off some calories before the gluttony begins.

Entry fee is one canned good to be donated to the Bellingham Food Bank.
Possible Random Prizes!

No frills - just thrills and chills!

Exact course will be determined this weekend. But don't worry about that,
you just gotta show up!
