Ruth Taylor wants to start a Sunday morning run/walk/coffee group. Haven't
decided upon a time. Haven't decided upon a place........maybe even revolving
around Bellingham (Tony's Coffeehouse) Anacortes (Penquin Coffee
House)........any others???

Anyway the first Sunday would be this Sunday at Lake Padden. For those wanting
to run Mudfest, they can do so. Others wanting to just walk around the lake and
help with the run, they can do so. Or those justing wanting to join in for
coffee at Tony's afterwards.

make up a Sunday morning email group to email out each Wed or Thursday with the
